Fostering continual fellowship among the members of NILAA embodies our dedication to nurturing enduring connections and companionship among our members. Through a network of shared experiences, events, and support systems, we create a space where bonds remain strong, transcending time and distance. At NILAA, we strive to cultivate a sense of belonging that stands as a testament to our shared journey.

Embracing a holistic approach to support, we strive to contribute spiritually, financially, and physically to propel the progress of NIFES LAUTECH, Ogbomoso. Our collective commitment extends towards fostering growth within NIFES Campus fellowships and amplifying the reach of NIFES Ministry as a whole. By intertwining our resources and dedication, we forge a path towards empowerment, impact, and transformation, building a vibrant Christian community.

Our mission encompasses the collective welfare of all alumni members, aiming to uplift, empower, and enhance the overall well-being of our cherished community. Through collaborative efforts, we endeavor to create a nurturing environment where each member’s growth, aspirations, and needs are valued and supported. With a shared commitment to fostering a sense of belonging and prosperity, we shape a legacy of collective well-being.

Membership

NILAA is an international network of all past members of NIFES LAUTECH. However, membership is opened to the following categories:

Membership is open to individuals who have been part of the NIFES LAUTECH community, regardless of the duration of their involvement.

Membership is inclusive to spouses of NIFES LAUTECH alumni. They possess the same membership status as their spouses. They are formally welcomed into the family and are recognised as part of NILAA in their first appearance in the Reunion programme as spouses.

Membership is extended to anyone who identifies as a Christian and shares alignment with NILAA‘s vision and purpose.

NILAA NIFES

NIFES, NIFES LAUTECH, AND NILAA

The Nigeria Fellowship of Evangelical Students (NIFES) is an evangelical Christian body working amongst students in tertiary institutions in Nigeria. We are non-denominational and inter-denominational body of students and graduates that engage the campus and society with godly values. NIFES is an affiliate of IFES (International Fellowship of Envalgelical Students). NILAA (NIFES LAUTECH Alumni Association) is the alumni body of NIFES in LAUTECH (Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso).

Our Goals

To achieve an all-inclusive NILAA where membership is not first for personal benefit, but primarily a channel to display the love of Christ, where pride of personal accomplishments is melted away with a heart zealous to bear one another’s burden, where the hurts of past offences give way to the Christ’s commandment to forgive.
